Help dialog has no scrollbars and content extends beyond screen edge

The dialog displayed with /? doesn't appear to have scrollable content, which is unfortunate, when it extends beyond the visible screen area.

At 2560x1600, 175% zoom, about 1/5 of the contents falls below the screen edge.

It's a message box which doesn't allow for scrollbars but FWIW you can use Ctrl+C to get the full text.
