ask to Inno Setup 6.2.2

I am trying to compile Inno Setup 6.2.2 Source I have Delphi 10.3.3 Installert and Microsoft HTML Help Workshop installed

Now I started compile.bat but it doesn't work then I started build.bat then the error comes.

Building InnoSetup 6.2.2...


ishelp\ishelpgen\compilesettings.bat is missing or incomplete. It needs to be created
with the following lines, adjusted for your system:

set DELPHIXEROOT=C:\Program Files\Embarcadero\RAD Studio\20.0 [Path to Delphi 10.3 Rio (or later)]
*** FAILED ***


How do I add a Delphi directory or what do I have to do? Can you help me? Can you create a small video of how it all works.

Why I want Inno Setup Compiler


I would like to change the entire Inno Setup interface to German because the software is only available in English.

When I create installer it is German

But I would like to have all the software in German

I ask for help

Inno Setup has translations for many languages, including German. Is this not working for you?
