IsDotNetInstalled for net 8.0

I would like to check for the presence of net 8.0 and similar versions. TDotNetVersion does not include a value for anything later than net481. It seems that I am missing something here.

I would recommend using Dom Gries' Dependency Installer from https://github.com/DomGries/InnoDependencyInstaller
