To Add a fast very option do the compression one time and put this file in a special directory like in program data then when compiling check is where are a new version of one of the files instead you the already compresed files if a file if more recent compress it and replace this file in this special compressed folder. 

If this is do a user of Inno setup would save time and also money to build a realize an auto-extractive compressed install magic wizard and this sould be do easily.
