Dear Forum users,

I have purchased a CERTUM 3-year code signing certificate and have got a series of emails from them which, honestly, has been quite confusing.

My certificate is issued but I am not sure if it is activated and available for use, and if it is indeed the right document.

Does anyone here have experience using a "CERTUM code signing certificate on the cloud" along with InnoSetup?

I have download two files - .PEM and .CER ?

Are these the certificate files?

My earlier certificate (SECTIGO) had some other procedures which I don't remember now.

Any help or pointers on how I can verify or check this is appreciated?

I can share my ISS file here if it helps.

Best Regards
Rakesh Rao

I am even ok if someone wants to help me get this running for me for a fee. Reach me out on +91-9243438300 or email me on rakesh.rao [@] thedesignsense.com

Hi Eivind,

Thank you for the response. I got this email from them yesterday and I will try it out now.

Can you please confirm "SignTool" is that tool I need to configure to work with InnoSetup, correct?

I am new to CERTUM, so please excuse me for asking really basic questions.

Best Regards

You can use any Windows Authenticode code signing tool that you like.  Microsoft's SignTool is the most common of these.
