You can use a third party plugin for Visual Studio called Visual and Installer. It will allow you to compile the ISS scripts from within Visual Studio, if that is what you mean.

Please be aware that V & I is not free and you must purchase it. Links to the software can be found on the third party links page of the Inno Setup website.
