Custom Installer Skin

Hi,

I would like to know if with InnoSetup it could be possible to create a fully customize windows installer setup, e.g. CCleaner installer setup window, Google Chrome installer setup window, etc.

There are some custom solutions around, have you googled it?

In general, I find that "fancy" installers are just annoying. I want to wham, bam, done installing, the less I have to see the better :)
