64 Bit Setup.exe possible?

To be able to deploy my software to OSX with wine everything must be 64 Bit as Apple offers no 32 Bit compatibility layer in modern OSX like WIndows and Linux do.
Has anyone compiled the Inno setup system to produce 64 Bit setups?

This is no longer neccessary as I discovered Wineskin that allows running 32 Bit windows programs on 64 bit only OSX like Big Sur. Wineskin ist very straightfoward.
