Issue when Loading External dll in windows 7

Hi,

  We have recently upgraded to Inno setup 5.5.9 version. Everything works fine in windows 10 and 8.

  But we have issue in loading the external C# dll. It says Parameter is incorrect ProgID,

  As per the Inno setup recommendation we have used the LoadDLL(ExpandConstant('{sys}\mscoree.dll'), ErrorCode); before calling the CreateOleObject('') method.

 But for some reason it is not working in Windows 7.

 So could you please help us with it.
