in 6.5.0-dev, skipifsourcedoesntexist doesn't work with extractarchive?

Hi, I'm trying out the new extractarchive flag in 6.5.0-dev, commit 55d5df2b458e7b89f883f6069c3f9d22d7d24535.

I download a archive through CreateDownloadPage with some check so the setup won't download it when the user is updating instead of doing a first install, but skipifsourcedoesntexist doesn't work.

When I set the skipifsourcedoesntexist flag with it, 

the setup still shows an error message window when the archive is not downloaded and doesn't exist.

Is this expected?

Please show a script that demonstrates the problem to ensure we have the exact details?

Here is a sample script.

The first time install should install the files from the zip, 

and the second time install should show the error message window.
