Rename "Setup" to "Installer"

Hello everyone,

In Properties-Details of the INNO App Setup, the "File description" is the value of "AppName" + the word "Setup" (see picture).

In the Help file, section [Setup], I couldn't find how to change the word "Setup".

My question is: how do I rename the word "Setup" to "Installer" or better "Setup/Installer" like the INNO Uninstall App.

That works with "Setup_VersionInfoDescription"
