Microsoft pop-up message about blocking the installer

What data should I enter in INNO SETUP script so that Microsoft's information windows about blocked installation files display not only the first line with the name of the installer, but also the second line (below) "Publisher"? To put it simply: How can I add the "Publisher" data to the program blocking window, as this slightly increases the credibility of the installation file?

I believe Publisher is taken from the certificate that you used to sign your executables and installer with.
