Custom Extension & One Large Output File/s

I would want Inno Setup to let the user make a custom extension for the .bin file/s and let create just one file for the folder 1 and folder 2 for example with 2 different games - output example:
Setup.exe [custom name for each data file and setup exe]
MyGame1.pak [200GB]
MyGame2.data [20GB]
MyGame3.dat [40GB]
MyGame4.update [150GB]
I want Inno Setup to let us create the setups with much more freedom, so we can add soundtrack, bonus files, customise the interface like in InstallShield and make the setup like FitGirl Repack (Her repacks just look so damn good that I would also want to be able to do that in my Inno Setup installers)
