Feature request: Detecting out of date unofficial translations

Is there a way that inno setup could report either of these situations:

1. indicating which unofficial languages are out of date during the build (so I can manually check online)

2.Even better, indicate when a new version of the unofficial translation is now available?

But why?

Unofficial (not anymore maintained) languages are excluded from official IS release and you need to download theme separately.

That is just it. I have to check myself and reach out to them. That is why the ones I support usually get updated in a timely manner. But not all. It is just a helper. It can work it out. Then I can ask.
