CreateProcess failed; code 267.

I am getting a lot of errors with the latest version like this

 

[19:11:51.192]   Exception message:

[19:11:51.196]   Message box (OK):

                Unable to execute file:

                C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\21.0\bin\dcc64.exe

               

                CreateProcess failed; code 267.

                The directory name is invalid.

 

And then after a while it works again..

 

Any clue as of why?

Even the attached parameters are working fine, if I run it from the command prompt.

 

So I don’t get it, why this is happening so randomly.
