How to amend the /? help info text?

It would be useful to be able to document custom command line parameters for the user; is it possible to add to the text displayed in the /? dialog?

Yes it is possible: set the HelpTextNote message.

Example from Inno Setup's own script:

[Messages]

HelpTextNote=/PORTABLE=1%nEnable portable mode.
