Running my setup from the command line.

If I open my setup in the application and run it, it takes about 2-3 minutes.  If I run it from the command line through a batch file, it takes like10 minutes.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

I am calling the IDE with /cc and I am also running it through the command line.  Both take a long time.  If I open up my file and run it, it is so fast.
