Translations of the uninstaller

Perhaps this issue is by design and I am grateful for clarification.

I am using the Thai translation and it all looks good (not that I understand Thai!):

But, if I hit the close icon at top right I see this popup:

I anticipated any such warnings would have shown in Thai?

Search for the text you're seeing, it's in there.
