Hello,

I'm currently installing Adobe Reader and I would like to avoid the User Account Control (UAC) prompt during the installation.

My goal is to perform a fully silent installation.

If the user running the Inno Setup installer is not elevated and the installer needs to elevate, then you cannot bypass (or, using alternative terminology, "programmatically accept") the UAC prompt. This is by design.

It would help if you were to explain more about your use case: What does Adobe Reader have to do with Inno Setup?

OP, you could try running an OS old enough to lack UAC. Good Luck.
