Hi, i have a feature request: images and artworks for setup changeable into the setup script wizard, to change the top image, the welcome screen image and a header image.

Changing images are already supported, see docs for [Setup]. Are you asking about having alternative artwork provided? Your question is a little unclear.

These images are indeed possible to change so I don't understand this post too. Others, however, are hardcoded:  How to use native Windows icons like old Inno versions

I mean like into the graphical script wizard, like an extra option to configure images for the welcome screen, header icon and finish image without having to insert new things manually into the script itself.

The wizard is just to get you started with the most important parts of the script.  It's not intended to offer every possible option or for you to completely restart your script each time; after running it once you're expected to make further edits as needed, including things like customising the images.
