That is correct. We only use direct links to immutable releases on GitHub now. See the index page:

That is not obvious to who uses that link. It is not even the latest Inno Setup 6 release from GitHub

That's correct. The link was never advertised as a stable one you could rely on, but I understand that may not have been obvious.

It was left up as a temporary measure. I have removed it now.
