Graphical Installer - contact developer

My apologies for posting on this forum regarding this 3rd party extension but I can't contact the developer. Many of the links on the product's .com website give 403 Forbidden page when linking to the parent company's .sk website. Including the Support+Contact link, and even the Purchase link ! - which I'm sure the developers don't want that :)

 

I'm hoping reaching out in this way I can prompt that the .sk website/permissions can be fixed so that I can query in a more appropriate forum. I've seen that the developer is active here. 

My question is that with version 6.4.1 the Header text of pages is not appearing on skinned installers. And that is true even when compiling the included examples so I don't believe I'm doing something wrong. Is that a limitation of the trial version which I'm evaluating, or a bug?

It is not readily apparent what 3rd party extension this relates to?
