Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a Chinese software developer. China plays an important role in the world, and the number of Chinese software developers even accounts for one third of the world. However, your company's products still do not support Chinese display, so I suggest increasing Chinese support.
Best Wishes!

A Chisese software developer

Inno Setup has both Chinese (Traditional) and Chinese (Simplified) language files, but it is not an official version.

To access these files, download the Inno Setup source code as a zip from GitHub and extract the Chinese language files (ChineseSimplified.isl and ChineseTraditional.isl) from the folder:
 "..\\issrc-main\Files\Languages\Unofficial\"
to the "Languages" folder located in the Inno Setup installation directory.

After that you will be able to use the languages from the Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional files.

It's possible that what Jason Wu meant to say is whether inno setup's software interface can support Chinese, not whether the created installation package provides Chinese.

Inno Setup is free and open source. One third of the world's developers are hereby invited to produce source code contributions. :)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’d like to contribute a Simplified Chinese translation for the Inno Setup Compiler’s interface (not the installer language options). I’ve checked the source code but couldn’t locate where the interface translations are managed. Could you kindly guide me on how to proceed? I’d be happy to help improve the software further.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi,

The Compiler IDE has no central place to manage the interface texts.

In fact, the entire concept of having multiple translations per text and a mechanism to switch between them is missing from it.

Greetings,
Martijn
