A flashing icon appeared on taskbar during execute exe file with command "A.exe /verysilent" on Windows 10 OS

Hi sir,

We found an issue about a flashing icon appeared on taskbar during execute exe file(which built by Innosetup) with command “A.exe /verysilent” on Windows 10 OS.

Note cannot reproduce the issue on Windows 11 OS(same exe file, same test machine, same command line).

Would you help to check this?
