Конкурси регратингу для МСП, університетів та дослідницьких установ у рамках різних європейських ініціатив та проєктів

Шановні колеги!
Хочемо звернути вашу увагу на те, що в останні роки Європейська комісія значно ширше застосовує принцип каскадного фінансування, за яким в рамках уже діючих проєктів раз чи два рази на рік оголошуються конкурси регратингу для третіх сторін (тобто не для партнерів, які є членами консорціуму даного проєкту). Розмір такого фінансування не є стандартним, але не може перевищувати 200 тис. євро.

Кожний конкурс регратингу в рамках окремого проєкту має власний опис процедур подання заявки, які передбачають вимоги до заявників, форму подання заявки та критерії оцінки. Щоб краще зрозуміти вимоги до заявок, рекомендуємо продивитись результати попередніх конкурсів регратингу, якій проводив даний проєкт.
Пропонуємо звернути увагу на наступні конкурси, які відкриті в рамках європейських ініціатив ЄС «ICT Innovation for Manufacturing SMEs» (I4MS), «Smart Anything Everywhere» (SAE) та деяких інших.

The innovation action TETRAMAX aims to boost innovation by stimulating, organising and evaluating different kinds of Technology Transfer Experiments (TTX). These co-funded "application experiments" connect SMEs and other for-profit companies (mid-caps, large industry, etc.) with international academics, resulting in low-risk industrial adoption of novel computing technologies. TETRAMAX provides innovative advanced digital technologies for novel electronic and non-electronic products in the area of Customised Low-Energy Computing (CLEC) for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and the Internet of Things (IoT)
The TTX partnership has to consist of three or more partners representing a value chain from research over initial product innovation towards a wider market penetration. The TTX partners have to be based in at least two different EU member states or H2020 associated countries. This TTX type brings together:
· One academic partner (A) (university/polytechnics; research organisation) providing a particular novel CLEC hardware or software technology from research.
· One "Original Equipment Manufacturer" (OEM) partner (B) (preferably SMEs, or other for-profit company (mid-cap, large industry) testing and deploying the technology in its dedicated, possibly even non-tech, products with its end customers.
· Another industry partner (C) (preferably SMEs, other for-profit company (mid-cap, large industry) productising this technology as a "platform" in the long-term for a wider market.
· In case any inter-/multidisciplinary cooperation is required for a successful TTX, up to three further auxiliary partners (from academia or industry) may be included in the TTX partnership.

What do we expect Applicants to do?
· The project clearly addresses smart textiles, defined as materials, components, products or services using a combination of textile fibres, yarns or fabrics with (micro)electronic components such as conductive wires, microsystems, sensors, actuators, energy capture or storage devices, heat, light or sound-emitting devices etc. to realise a smart function that adds value to the end user of the enables product or service.
· The technological maturity of the project at the time of application is at technology readiness level (TRL) 6-8
· The project, if successfully implemented can have a strong positive impact on manufacturing of the developed/enabled materials, components or products in Europe and/or closes an important gap in the current European smart textiles value chain
· The project develops materials, components, products or services clearly targeted at one or several of the following end markets (1) protection and sports, (2) health and well-being or (3) industrial applications in the manufacturing, transport, logistics, energy, agriculture, building or interior markets

The Blockpool project will select 25 promising projects led by SMEs to enroll into an acceleration programme for testing and validating new Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (BDLTs) (with a close to market and commercialisation focus) in most prominent sectors such as:
· Financial & Insurance Services
· Industrial Products, Agriculture & Manufacturing
· Energy, Utilities & Raw Materials
· Healthcare
· Transport & Logistics
· Government & Smart Cities
· Retail, Consumer & Media
· Social Good
Selected projects will obtain a lump sum of maximum 30 000 EUR and are expected to develop services/applications that present a clear societal and economic value in these areas. In addition to the multi-value chain focus, we aim for projects having a cross-border component and effect range. Participants are invited to submit their application (consisting of three parts, including a technical description limited to 10 pages) via the Blockpool project website or per email. The projects will be selected based on an independent expert evaluation.
Who can apply?
Any European SME active in the above industry sectors that seeks to implement a BDLT based solution. SMEs can involve technology suppliers or DLT specialists in their proposal.
What is the expected outcome?
A product, service or business model that is ready for commercialisation. SMEs must show within their application that the project outcome will lead to a refinement of the business plan including a clear strategy how the product/service/business model will be launched on the market.
