Missing translation message ?

 Hello,

I am new user of this plug-in and a French user of it. It seem to me that the idpInitMessages function lack a translation ID for "Cannot create file" error message.

In downloader.cpp I find this piece of code in line 535  "tstring errstr = msg("Cannot create file") + _T(" ") + netFile->name;" but could not find any way to get this error displayed in French.

Could someone confirm to me that there is a hole (at least) in dictionary for this entry ? 

Is there a new version of source code ? Where is the master source code depot ?
