Upcoming Mentorships, Courses & the Yoga Therapy Collective

Happy new year. 

Our first mentorship of 2025 kicks off next week on Jan 15— Illuminating your Path as a Yoga Therapist. I’d love to have you join!

We have several other mentorships starting in February and links for all of them are below.

• Feb – May 2025: Pain Care with Neil Pearson 
• Feb – May 2025: Meditation Mentorship level 2 with Lisa Pearson 
• Feb – May 2025: Anxiety, Depression & Stress Resilience with Lisa Haake 

Additionally, I’m excited to announce the launch of the Yoga Therapy Collective — a new membership site to connect and collaborate with other professional Yoga Therapists! In addition to the resources and discussions happening there, each month I will host two events inside the Collective: one that focuses on business and professional skills, the other that focuses on case study reviews. The first webinar is happening next week: How to be more profitable as a Yoga Therapist with Amy Wheeler Thursday January 16 @ 10am MT.

Also, registration is also open for the following 2025 courses and workshops:

• Yoga & Ayurveda for Menopause with Indu Arora March 12, 19 & 26
• Level 2 program:
• Essential Ayurveda for Yoga Practitioners with Indu Arora, starting April 24, 2025
• Building Prana Shakti with Chinnamasta Stiles, starting September 4, 2025

• Art & Science of Yoga Therapy with Joseph Le Page (May - July)

Lastly for now, we are offering a 200 hr YTT this year, designed for healthcare professionals and those looking to explore the study of yoga therapy, it’s called the Yoga Health Academy. I know many of you run your own 200 hr YTTs, but if you don’t and you have friends and colleagues seeking a 200 hr, this might be a good fit. Be sure to let them know I referred you, so I can offer you a bonus or discount on a future offering.

• Pain Care Yoga Mentorship with Neil Pearson begins Feb 4
• Anxiety Depression & Stress Resilience with Lisa Haake begins Feb 7
• Meditation Mentorship Level 2 with Lisa Pearson begins Feb 12

If you plan on participating in these, please sign up by Feb 1, if possible. In particular, right now we are making sure there is enough participating to move forward with the Pain Care Yoga mentorship next week. (We will also accept sign ups after Feb 1.)
