Hope you are having a nice weekend. Reminder that we have registration open for the following Fall mentorships, and several of them start this week.

• Sept 2025 – Jan 2026: Youth Mentorship with Jan Pratt
• Oct – Dec 2025: Mentorship in Meditation & Spiritual Health Level 1: Anchoring in Daily Sadhana with Lisa Pearson  
• Oct 2025 – Jan 2026: Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy with Chinnamasta Stiles 
• Oct 2025 – Jan 2026: Neurological Disorders with Theresa Conroy

Also, we are actively enrolling in the Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas | Anatomy of the Subtle Body with Joseph Le Page. This course meets live virtually weekly on Tuesdays from 8:30-11:30 AM MT, November 4, 2025 - February 3, 2026.  Students may apply this course (36 hours) toward their advanced requirements, use it for CEUs, or apply it to one of their 7 needed mentorships. Don't miss this opportunity! The price for this course will increase from $500 to $650 after October 31.
