Summer Mentorships & Level 2 Course Updates

Hi all,

Happy summer. Sending you an update on mentorships and upcoming courses.

As a reminder, we have several mentorships starting this month and would encourage you to sign up soon!

• June - Sept 2025: Meditation Mentorship level 3 with Lisa Pearson  (begins June 9, for students who have completed 1&2)
• June - Sept 2025: Yoga across the Cancer Care Continuum with Smitha Mallaiah and Anne Pitman (begins June 17)
• June - Sept 2025: Functional Yoga Therapy with Maria Shamas (begins June 17, this is different and in-addition to her live Advanced training next Feb)
• June - Sept 2025: Subtle Body/ Nada Yoga Mentorship with Jessica Patterson  (begins June 19)

We also plan to add two additional mentorships late summer, early Fall. If you are interested in either of these, please reply to me and let me know. More details will be available soon, but we want to make sure there is sufficient interest first. These would be in addition to our typical Fall mentorship offerings (see https://innerpeaceyogatherapy.com/programs/mentorship-practicum/) and all students on the 800 hour track need to complete a total of 7 mentorships to graduate.

• August - November: Pre/post-natal with Leanne Matullo
• September - December: Pelvic health with Shelley Prosko

Additionally, we have some new details on the Building Prana Shakti training with Chinnamasta Stiles, which is part of our Level 2 program. This course will be virtual this Fall, but we have changed the date/time format slightly. Here are the revised details: September 4 - November 13, 2025. Meets weekly on Thursdays from 8am-12pm Mountain Time. 9 classes total, no classes on Sept 25 or Oct 23. Prep work starts in late early Aug 2025. Register here.

As previously mentioned, our Level 2 programming will be offered in person in 2026, here are some more details about that. If you know you are unable to attend in-person offerings, then I would recommend signing up for Building Prana Shakti virtual program this Fall.

Level 2 Programming 2026

• Applied Ayurveda with INDU ARORA. Date and location still TBA. We are looking at a venue outside of Durango, CO in June 2026. We plan to simultaneously livestream this offering for folks who cannot attend live.
• Building Prana Shakti with Chinnamasta: Dates confirmed for Dec 9-16, 2026. Location confirmed for Hotel Eden Roc, located in Spain, in the heart of the Costa Brava, Sant Feliu de Guíxols (Girona). Full detail around costs, etc will be available when registration opens this summer. There will be space for up to 35 participants. This will be in-person only, no livestream available.

Finally, I am sure you have seen information regarding Maria’s Advanced Functional Yoga Therapy training for 2026, as distributed by Blair Douglas. Here’s a recap:

• While the in-person hybrid training (Feb 13–16, 2026, in Tucson, AZ) is officially full, a few spots may still open—and we’ve kept the waitlist open just in case.
• Maria hopes to offer an additional virtual only training in 2026 but needs to have enough interest. Please fill out the application here by June 8 if you want the virtual offering in 2026.
