2025 Program/Course Dates

Hi all,

I know many of you are eagerly awaiting this info so here it is — an update on 2025 course dates so that you can consider your curriculum/training plans for next year. Graduates who are in need of Continuing Education are also welcome to sign up. Please reach out with any questions.

LEVEL 1: We have a Level 1 program underway, it runs through May 2025. If you missed and need to make up any of the modules in your Level 1, please view the current course outline and reach out to me directly so I can add you to the roster for that module. We will not be starting another Level 1 until Fall 2025. Drop ins are welcome for modules you have not taken in your past level 1.

MENTORSHIP/PRACTICUM (7 Segments needed for certification) You can view the schedule of all mentorship/practicum segments being offered in 2025 here. Registration links on this page typically go live about 1 month prior to the start of any given mentorship. I personally will be offering two new mentorships in 2025: 1) Illuminating your path as a yoga therapist January - April 2025 with Erin Alexander and Katie Pine. This will be designed to help you refine and grow your yoga therapy practice 2) Whole-person approach to menopause —  April - July 2025: Using the lens of the koshas to help women step into their next chapter of life (if it pertains, you can be one of the 3 clients).  

ADVANCED REQUIREMENTS (150 hours needed for certification, the two courses below are required for all students)

• Art & Science of Yoga Therapy with Joseph Le Page. May 6- July 22, 2025 | Meets weekly on Tuesdays from 8:30-11:30 MT. Registration is open.
• Maria’s Advanced Functional Yoga Therapy: In-person training in Tucson in February 2025 is full. Maria plans to offer this course again in Feb 2026 both in-person in Tucson + virtually. Dates, details, and registration coming soon. Prep work starts in November 2025.

LEVEL 2 (100 hours needed for certification)

This program will be offered virtually in 2025, in two distinct offerings per below. Tuition for the Level 2 program is increasing in 2025 (from $1500 to $2000), this is the first time the price has increased since 2013. An in-person Level 2 offering will take place again in mid to late 2026, details will be available in early 2025

• Applied Ayurveda with Indu Arora (virtual): April 24 (4.30-5pm, intro), April 26-27 (full days), May 10 - full day, May 31 - June 1 (full days), + 7 webinars:  June 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23 (1-4pm, Wednesdays). Registration link coming soon.
• Building Prana Shakti with Chinnamasta Stiles (virtual): Meets weekly on Thursdays from 8am-11am MT September 4 - December 11. 12 classes total, no classes on Sept 25 or November 27. Prep work starts in late July/early Aug 2025.

FULL LOTUS BUSINESS OF YOGA THERAPY (12 hrs needed for certification)

Additionally.. Inner Peace will be hosting a virtual 3-part Menopause Class Series with Indu Arora March 12, 19, and 26 from 2-5pm MT. This is not a requirement, but is being offered due to popular demand. You are welcome to use the hours from this workshop as Advanced Requirements. (9 hours total). Registration is opening soon.

Last but not least… we will be offering a 200-hour YTT under the brand “Yoga Health Academy” designed as an introduction to yoga for healthcare providers (nurses, physicians, PTs, mental health professionals) from March - September 2025. If you have friends and colleagues interested, registration will open in January.

Hi all — I’m excited to announce that we have just opened registration for our first mentorship of 2025. This is a brand-new mentorship called “Illuminating your path as a Yoga Therapist” and it’s a 3- month mentorship to help define and grow your yoga therapy business with myself, Erin Alexander & Katie Pine.

I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. We’ve opened enrollment for a couple more 2025 mentorships: Meditation Level 2 with Lisa Pearson and Pain Care Yoga with Neil Pearson. Here’s a summary of all active registration links for mentorships & courses, more coming soon:

If your schedule allows, you are welcome to take more than one mentorship at a time. Some of the mentorships, such as Lisa’s meditation mentorship, serve as a nice complement to the other courses and mentorships being offered.
