Hi everyone,

Greetings from the East Coast. I hope you're having a wonderful summer! I'm writing to let you know that registration is open for two essential courses coming up this fall.

First, I want to highlight Building Prana Shakti: A Practice of Devotion with Chinnamasta Stiles. This is a core component of your Level 2 program and is a required course for all 800-hour students. This year's offering will be fully virtual, giving you the opportunity to learn from home in a weekly format. As we'll be offering this as an in-person intensive in Spain in Dec 2026, I highly encourage you to take advantage of this virtual format if you know you do not want to travel in Dec 2026. The course begins Sept 4th and we will be starting some prep work in early August. If you have already completed the Level 2 program with Chinnamasta and would like to re-take the course in this format, please reach out to me directly as we can offer it to you for half price.

Additionally, we are delighted to welcome back Joseph Le Page for his transformative course on Pranayama, Mudras, and Bandhas: The Anatomy of the Subtle Body. This 36-hour course is a deep dive into the sciences of breath, gesture, and energetic locks, all of which are essential for awakening and channeling the body's subtle energy. While not a required course, it can be counted towards your Advanced Requirement hours or as a mentorship, making it an invaluable addition to your training.

Just a quick note: we will be opening enrollment for our Fall mentorships in mid-August, and we'll be making some slight changes to the upcoming 2025/2026 mentorship schedule. We'll send out more details on that soon.

You can find more information and register for both courses by following the links above. I look forward to seeing you online this fall!

Warmly,

Michele
