I’m writing to update you that we’ve opened up registration for all Winter mentorships. You can find active links to them here and I’ve also recapped them below:

We also plan to hold a Perinatal mentorship (small group) January - April 2026. Please email me directly if interested.

We are excited to announce that 2026 registration is officially open for several courses in our 800 hour yoga therapy certification program. Below you will find the details for courses with links to open registration and updates on the rollout of further 2026 courses and mentorships

ADVANCED REQUIREMENTS (150 hours needed for certification)


The following two courses are required for all students in the 800-hr program:
  • Art & Science of Yoga Therapy with Joseph Le Page (Virtual).
  • Maria’s Advanced Functional Yoga Therapy (Virtual and in-person):
    • Registration for this course (both virtual and in-person) is full for February 2026. Details for 2027 course dates (in person and virtual) coming early 2026. Please contact bl...@mariaalive.com to be considered for the 2026 waitlist. (Please note prep work for Feb 2026 already began in Oct.)

LEVEL 2 (100 hours needed for certification)


The Level 2 program is comprised of the following two courses. Students do not need to register for these courses in the same year. Registration is handled separately for each course.
  • Applied Ayurveda with Indu Arora (Virtual):
    • Dates: July 16 (4.30-6pm CT), July 18-19 (10-6 CT), Aug 1, Aug 15-16 (full days) Webinars: Aug 26, Aug 31, Sept 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (1-4pm CT). Registration will open in early 2026. We plan to offer this course in person in 2027.
  • Building Prana Shakti Retreat with Chinnamasta Stiles (In person):

MENTORSHIP/PRACTICUM (7 Segments needed for certification)

Here are the upcoming mentorships for early 2026. Registration will open by end of November:
  • Jan 5 - March 26 2026: Meditation Mentorship Level 2 with Lisa Pearson 
  • January - April 2026: Illuminating your path: business mentorship with Michele, Erin Alexander & Katie Pine 
  • January - April 2026: Pelvic Health Mentorship with Shelly Prosko
  • Feb - June 2026: Anxiety, Depression & Stress Resilience with Lisa Haake
