Still Room for Enhancements
At the beginning of the month, new versions have been released for all the products of the iNMR family: iNMR for Mac, iNMR reader and iNMR for Windows. They include a new keyboard shortcut that should have been there since the start. The key "y" performs the equivalent of the two menu commands: "Tile Vertically" and "Synchronize", given in succession. In other words, the shortcut corresponds to the most natural and most frequent usage of the above commands.
Still Gifts
The promotion "1 Gift for each town" has been repeated this year too, after resetting. It means that the towns that already received a gift in 2013 can receive another one now. It can be either a free license for iNMR reader or a heavily discounted license for iNMR full edition (from 66% to 83%).
Still XP
According to Microsoft, XP (2001) has only one month of support left. Apple, instead, has already stopped supporting Snow Leopard (2009). Netmarketshare says the the market shares are 29.53% for XP and 7.68% for all Mac OS versions together. We should not care because those who are still using XP are not likely to try new software in general. Anyway it's a pity that so many people cannot even see iNMR and its unique interface. Though the Windows version of iNMR corresponds to the 95% of the Mac version, the remaining 5% is rarely used even on the Mac, so we can say they are almost equivalent. The only problem is that it does not run on XP, but this problem should magically dissolve on April 8. iNMR is a success among Mac users. Why not so among Windows users? This is quite strange, because the reactions to the Windows version, back in 2012, were positive. The main reason is that most people still believe that iNMR is a Mac-only application.
