I'm trying to process a 13C spectrum using iNMR, but I'm getting an artifact peak in the exact center of the spectrum. Using Varian's software, the peak does not appear after FT and auto phase. With iNMR, I can't figure out how to get rid of this artifact. Any suggestions?

The FT dialog contains an option called "Subtract D.C.". That option does the trick.
Step by step:
1) File > Reload
2) Process > Fourier Transform
3) Click on "Subtract D.C."
4) Click on Apply

Varian software applies that operation by default. As your experience can tell, 99% of the times it is useless. This is the exception.
