C# Framework

Hi there,

I'm a user of CCS and (up till today?) program in PHP. Due to some
reading on the CCS forum I saw info about IssueManager which is made
with the InMotion Framework. All of this make me came to this group.

As I am also interested in programming for ASP.NET I understand that
the InMotion Framework in combination with MS SQL and a IIS server is
enough alongside CCS (v4) to do this.
I downloaded the IssueManager project and I installed the InMotion
Framework C# Preview 1.08.03. This is probably not enough or I do
something wrong as I receive the following error when I try to open
the Code page in CCS of some source:
Error:Compiled file error
Source: Language "0.1", Template name: General
Description: msxml3.dll
Toegang geweigerd. <- translated: Access denied.

The msxml3.dll is in my (Vista) System32 directory and registered.

Maybe someone can tell me if I'm doing something wrong?

Anyway I like to stick around and hoping to see good things come with
the InMotion Framwork in combination with CCS. And if I can contribute
to the project I will.
