Spent the day rewiring the head.
Taken all the servo power wires off the PCA9685 boards. Servos are now powered from terminal connectors in the temples so just signal wires to the PCA boards. GND on PCA's tied to gnd on 5V psu runnig the servos, so no jitter.
Looks much neater than the rats nest I had before. Also freed up some space in the top of the skull for an arduino nano or an esp32.
