Confirm this photo this bridge (in red circle) is also needed for the 5V nervoboard.

But I can use also the one above and the middle as bridge for 5V. Is that correct?

Correct, if you solder the 5V main bridge + the bridge you have circled, the PIR will receive a 5V supply.
