Problem downloading from Inmoov Shop

Hello Gael!
I have just puchased  ShoulderConnectV2  from the shop.
I recieved the mail with the link but, there were some kind of problem and the download did not start. Trying again I got the messege " Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file ".

Since this is a cheap file, I bougth it again.
How ever, I keep on getting the same limit messege.

Please, how can I download it?

Hi, I'm also having issues with 3 of the files from the shop, it says file not found. I did get NeckConnect to download.  ShoulderConnectV2, SpacerConnectV2, and HeadConnectV1 all say file not found.
