Starting out in arduino and don't have a prototype/programming board yet and was wondering what the best board would be suitable for InMoov.

I have seen some arduino main boards with solder less breadboards on evilbay and some have different number of I/O pins etc so I imagine this would be a deciding factor.

Have printed the large and small wrist parts and assembled the thumb complete with fishing line ready to animate. Will print other fingers in the next few days.

Hi Gregted,

Welcome to InMoov!!!
It's not important which board you use. You can use two Arduino UNO (14 digital pins) or one Arduino Mega 2560 (54 digital pins)
The robot is not finished jet so there are things that may change.
But for beginners the arduino uno is perfect to test the servos and the sensors.

have fun!
