What did you use for a Lube? you really need to use a proper mould release, and apparently, bees wax will prevent silicon from setting :-)
Not having had a successful mould pour, I used TPE (Had it on hand)
Things I have learned since I got my TPE a number of years ago.
TPE and TPU are more hydroscopic than PLA is, use a dry box feeder for it, I made my own.
Print slowly with it. If you normally print at 50mm/S then start at 20mm/s and go down from there.
I use a Flexion direct drive extruder, if you print two fast, the filament being soft and flexible will escape out the side of the extruder, if that happens, slow down.
TPU is a branch of the TPE family, so I found out :-)
The lower the shore number the softer the printed parts and the harder it is to print, Mine are around shore 94, but there are some a lot softer.
Use thinner walls, I normally print 2mm thick walls, top and bottom, however the thicker the wall, the firmer the print is, we want soft, so look at 0.8mm walls
Hope that helps.
