Hello everyone,

I'm just about finishing my InMoov build now, and was wondering if there's a preference in terms of the best frame to use to keep the robot upright?

I know there seems to be a mount for a pole for the lower stomach, has a specific frame been listed anywhere?

Or what has everyone used to keep their InMoov upright?

Hello,
Did you print the legs or only the torso?

You have various options.
You can set a pole on a plate, or on a wheel platform.
There is not really any listed frames.
Most people build there own frame from scratch, but a easy way to go is to use a desk chair as a mobile plateforme.

Or you can build a motorised wheel system.

Good!
Broken chair is a simple and effective solution.
One of the best looking mobile platform is the one from Bob Huston built from scratch.
And the one from Markus.

Hi Gael,

The motorised wheel system looks really cool, is that controlled by the MRL and the nervo boards?

Are there any step by step instructions (and STL) to build this wheel system?

Thank you for your help as always,

Kind Regards,
Roger

Hello,
Looking on internet, I just discovered that other builders have completed similar system now.
And I found this on Thingiverse.
It does work via MyRobotlab and the Nervo boards.
It can be controlled by voice commands.
I had created a walking gesture that would move while the robot would ride.
