I am new to the InMoov project and I decided to start building it as a long-time project because I've always loved robotic, programming and 3D printing.
First of all I want to thank Gael for his wonderful work, love it!
I decided to start with the eye mechanism because I already have some SG92R servos, so I decided to calibrate my Ender 3 V2 with Cura Slicer and I got the calibrator fit perfectly with -0.10 horizontal expansion.
I then started to follow the
Eye Mechanism tutorial and printed the EyeBallFullV2, but I noticed that when mounting the pieces, there is a (0.5mm) gap between them. So I tried to re-print them with the default horizontal expansion of 0.00mm and they fit perfectly.
Am I doing something wrong? Do you guys have some ideas or suggestions?
