Is anyone running a stand alone text to speech using an ESP32 on their inmoov ? not using MRL. I am hoping to add ebook reading and wondering if anyone has already done the heavy lifting ?
Ive tried the Speaky Arduino/ESp library. total disaster ! Idealy looking of a non internet soution, but if web based is teh only reasonable (looks like thats the only way to get realist voice now) then I will go that route.

Hello,
you could try Pico TTS but don't expect too much. There is video demos on youtube to give you an idea of the output.
