I was this video from a little while ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WNhZKFth9EM

I was wondering if any one knows if Gael created a licensing model whereby I could pay him for the STL files to print a left InMoov 2 Hand?

I seems, based on the thumbs movement, a much better choice for prosthetics.

I understand he is, or at least was at the time of the videos release, planning on selling these to help fund his research. I have a printer, so it would probably be cheaper all the way around to just pay for licensing (or a single use fee?)

Any word would be appreciated

How would he protect his stl files after that? You can't lic or sell stl files because there is no way to protect them from being shared for free with other people...

Hello Joshua,
This hand design is curently staying in the drawer. There is a few personal reasons for this which I might explain someday.
Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks RobotGuy6, that makes sense re: protecting his .stl files.

Thanks Gael, I appreciate all that you have posted regardless. I wouldn't begrudge any decision you made regarding it.
If it ever becomes some form of affordable prosthetic, please let me know, as I would probably still have an interest.

Thanks again,

Josh
