Age cutoffs for dose-response coefficient

Hi, 

When InMAP reads the population data from the CensusFile defined in the Config.toml file, does it apply the DR function to the total population count in "TotalPop", regardless of the age bracket columns in the CensusFile? For example, the ACS DR function technically only applies to people over 30 years of age. Is InMAP accounting for this by removing the <30 population from the CensusFile population data? Or are user supposed to remove this population manually before uploading the CensusFile?
