How to insert mortality data?

Dear all,

I'm trying to run InMAP using a specific dataset for the mortality rate in Brazil, but I'm encountering some issues. I have prepared the shapefile with Brazilian mortality rate data in various ways. I titled the column with the mortality data as "AllCause" and have inserted the data both by Brazilian regions and by GridCell, following an InMAP output shapefile. Unfortunately, none of these approaches have worked for me.

Could someone please provide guidance on how to properly prepare the mortality input data?

Hi Gabriela,

Did you set the crs for your shapefile? and which software do you use to prepare your shapefile? I am guessing you are using the local computer as sr matrices are still not available for South America. Could you please provide more details so I can help you?
