SR matrices sometimes slow?

Hello,

So I am trying to go through the InMAP Python SR Matrices tutorial here: https://www.inmap.run/blog/2019/04/20/sr/

And I noticed that the ISRM, specifically the "run_sr" function is taking far longer to run than it normal has. In the past, I have been able to run the model, using just the input shapefile form the tutorial as a test, in a good 3 or so minutes. I tried to go through the tutorial today, and after a good 2 or so hours, the model was still running. Could this potentially be an external issue where perhaps the servers associated with the SR matrices are down? I am having trouble diagnosing this issue and was wondering if other users here have experienced this before.

Thanks!
Lino

Also I forgot to include the error I received eventually:
b'rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp 35.232.224.150:443: i/o timeout"\n'
simulation Running (25632 seconds)

Hi Lino, I am also currently getting this same error (after implementing your earlier suggestion to re-install Jupyter with pip, I no longer get the backoff limit error, but now get the connection error you included below.) Look forward to hearing if anyone has found a cause and/or workaround for this.
Best, Paige

It turns out there was an issue with the server, where a user had submitted 1,500 simulations to run at the same time, which had overwhelmed the server. It should be fixed now, let me know if it still doesn't work for you.
