Simple way to get demographics of grid cells without rerunning?

I have been running some large simulations using a static grid with run steady, which take about 12 hours each to run. I forgot to output the population of each demographic for the grid cells (# of Asian/black/white/native/latino people per grid cell), but i did extract the total population per cell. Is there an easy way to get the demographics of each cell without re-running the whole simulation?
