Good Afternoon and thank you all for attending election prepartory  meeting held on  Saturday,9th Jan, 2011.

Meeting Atendee:

 1. HB Bhandari Prabhat  - President

 2. Pooja Chand - Vice President

 4. Gautam Dahal- General Secretary

 3. Arjun Hamal- Member at Large

 4. Durga Pd. Shrestha- Election Commitee chair

 

The meeting  acceded the following decisions for the  forthcoming INLS Maryland chapter election:

 

1. Election Date/Poetry Festival/: Sunday, March 13th, 2011, 1 pm

2. Membership Fee: $ 5

3. Nomination Fee for all positions : $20

4. The membership drive will be continued until 2 hours before the election time.

5. Gautam Dahal, GS, will confirm the proposed venue and let us know ASAP. Then, the election comitee will publish its notice with details election schedule.

 6. The election will be held for president and five members at large positions. The  president will nominate officers from elected members within 7 days from the election date.

7. The current president will share out proposed consitutions via email for necessary amenment before it goes  to final approval on election day.

 

NB: Please email us if we need to address anyother missing points before notice goes in public.

Dear Bhandari Jee
Thanks for minute draft. I just want to let you know our general convention venue has been reserved for March 13th Sunday 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM ( If we need we can use till 5:00 PM ) at Woodbrook Baptist Church, 25 Stevenson Lane,Baltimore,MD 21212 . We need to make some donation for this church to use this venue then they will give us key .
If i can do any other task to make this program success please let me know.
