Dear all,

We apologize for the delay in election procedure. I regret to say that the previous appointed committee could not complete the process due to some technical and constitutional difficulties. And I myself was busy in INLS central committee  election. However, I am excited to share you all  that we completed central election in a very democratic way couple of months ago.

 I am proposing Mr. Durga Shrestha as our  INLS election committee's  new chair. Hope I will have all of your consent to complete the election process ASAP. Upon your approval, I will forward necessary election documents to Mr. Durga Shrestha.
